BMADFB offers a refund to Clients who, for any reason, are not satisfied with the Service(s) provided, subject to the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy. To be eligible for a refund, the Client must submit a refund request within the first 7 days of the Delivery, starting from the Effective Date. Refund requests received after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Request Procedure
1. To request a refund, the Client must submit a written request to Contact BMADFB Whatsapp, Telegram through any other contact method provided on bmadfb.com
2. The refund request must include the following information:
a) Client’s name and contact details.
b) Subscription details, including the Subscription plan and the Effective Date.
c) A clear and concise explanation of the reason for the refund request.
d) Any supporting documentation or evidence, if applicable.
Refund Review and Approval
1. BMADFB will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to approve or reject the request at its sole discretion.
2. BMADFB will notify the Client of the decision regarding the refund request within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 business days from the receipt of the request.
3. If the refund request is approved, BMADFB will process the refund within 30 business days from the date of approval, using the same payment method the Client used to pay for the Subscription, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
4. If the refund request is denied, BMADFB will provide the Client with a written explanation for the decision.
Limitations
1. Refunds are only available for Subscription fees paid for the Service(s) provided by BMADFB and do not cover any additional costs or expenses incurred by the Client in connection with the use of the Service(s), such as transaction fees or currency conversion fees.
2. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the refund request is only valid for the initial Subscription period and not for any subsequent renewals or upgrades.
3. BMADFB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke the Client’s eligibility for a refund if the Client abuses the Refund Policy or engages in any fraudulent activity, at BMADFB’s sole discretion.
